Privacy policy

This page explains what HM PLUS (hm-pls.com) collects about you, why, who it is shared with and how it is protected.

We will never ask you for

• The password of any of your accounts, the verification codes you receive, or two-factor (2FA) keys.
• Your login session data, or any text copied from your account pages.
• Remote control of your device, or installing unknown software.
• Your bank card details or PIN.

If anyone asks you for these in our name, don't give them — and tell us on WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number: to sign you in with a code sent on WhatsApp, and to send you your orders.
• Order details: the products, amount, status and date.
• Payment details: the BenefitPay receipt image you upload, and the transaction number, sender name and account number (IBAN) as shown in the BenefitPay notification — or the Binance Pay Order ID and amount. We never store your card details.
• Your email: only for products activated by an invite to your email.
• Your approximate country from the network: to suggest the language, the payment method and the phone country code. We never block any country.
• Cookies and browser storage: to keep you signed in (30 days), your cart, language, night mode and the order open on your device.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, check and deliver your payment, for support, and to prevent fraud. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The activation provider: only what is needed to deliver your order, such as your email for invite products. Never your number or payment details.
• WhatsApp: to send sign-in codes and your order details.
• Binance: we read the payments received in our account to confirm yours (the Order ID and amount only).
• Cloudflare: to run and protect the website.

How we protect it

• The connection to the website is encrypted.
• Your order details only show on the device you ordered from, or after a code sent to your WhatsApp.
• Receipt images are kept on our server outside the public pages, and only the store's admins can see them.

Retention and your rights

We keep the record of orders and payments for accounting and to solve later issues. You can ask us on WhatsApp for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and we delete what we don't need to keep.
